EKTOS at Evertiq in Gothenburg

It’s always a pleasure to visit our neighbors – particularly when we get to talk about electronics! We therefore enjoyed the chance to exhibit at the Evertiq Expo in Gothenburg on January 23rd.
A talk by Peter Brenner from Reed Electronics Research about the global shifts within the production of electronics stood out as particularly interesting. Did you know that in 1995 North America, Western Europe, and Japan produced 77% of all electronics produced that year?
In 2017 the same countries only produced 31%. Peter presented many more interesting facts about our industry and shared qualified predictions for the coming five years.
Crossing Oresund is no big deal. We are looking forward to the next time we visit or receive visitors from Sweden!
